FedEx Shipments Status

At Austin Commerce, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of transparency and fairness. As part of our commitment to these principles, we wanted to provide you with an update regarding our ongoing assessment of our shipping partners.
In January 2024, concerns regarding the ethical conduct of FedEx were brought to our attention. Following these concerns, we launched a thorough investigation into the matter, which concluded in February 2024. Regrettably, our investigation uncovered instances where property was mishandled while in the possession of FedEx. Additionally, questions were raised about the treatment of employees within the company.
Taking into account these findings, which include concerns about package handling, costs to consumers and businesses, and the treatment of employees, we have made the decision to reaffirm our stance on suspending FedEx as a shipment method.
As a retailer, we prioritize the durability and protection of our products throughout the shipping process. We recognize the importance of safeguarding items against potential damage from handling, impacts, and other mishaps during transit. To ensure the safe arrival of your package, we meticulously package your order with layers of protection, including sturdy outer boxes and additional packaging materials. However, It is disappointing to witness the gross negligence from FedEx in comparison to other reputable carriers such as DHL, UPS, and USPS.
Therefore, effective immediately, we will no longer be utilizing FedEx as a shipping provider for our business operations. We remain committed to providing you with the best possible service and experience, and we believe this decision aligns with that commitment.
